Prioritizing sustainability, shared amenities and serene living environments, McLean Place will be Passive House certified and offer 71 affordable and supportive apartments to low-income families and formerly homeless survivors of domestic violence. On-site program offices will provide safe spaces for supportive services; and common and open spaces will create opportunities for residents to come together and build community, as well as enjoy gardens and views to the south, east and west. Amenities include a ground floor community room with adjacent kitchen and a resident lounge and a 10th floor exercise room.

A 14th-floor terrace adjacent to the laundry and multipurpose rooms, offers more room to play, picnic, while built-in timber seating and table arrangements are designed for quieter enjoyment. A mixture of low and ADA accessible garden beds located along the sunny southern end with garden counters allow residents to grow, wash and prepare harvested vegetables, promoting healthy hands-on activities.
