Bartlett Crossing is Underway
MAP joined developers, elected officials, funders, community partners and team members for the groundbreaking.
The milestone was celebrated with Unified Neighborhood Partners, a coalition of non-profit organizations including St. Nick's Alliance, Riseboro, Southside United HDFC-Los Sures and United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburgh and North Brooklyn, as well as agency representatives from NYSHCR and HPD, other funders, elected officials, Procida Construction and project team members. This development, which is part of the winning proposal for the Broadway Triangle RFP, will provide 78 units of affordable housing for low and very low-income renters. Learn more…
