Mr. Kim, who had previously been a Senior Associate at MAP, rejoins the firm in a new capacity to oversee all zoning analyses, feasibility studies, planning studies, and ULURP rezonings. A registered architect in New York State with over 25 years of planning and architectural design expertise, Mr. Kim brings a comprehensive knowledge of New York City’s Zoning Regulations and Building Codes, and extensive experience in navigating the approval processes of various city agencies.
