Associate Principal
Joseph Moyer has more than 20 years of experience working with non-profits in architectural development. He continues this work with many of our mission driven clients including The Bridge, New Destiny Housing and St. Nick’s Alliance.
Mr. Moyer's current projects include SEBCO Senior Housing, McLean Place, Kingsland Commons, and Bartlett Crossing Site A which are all in construction, as well as Broadway Commons Site B which is in design. His past projects include multiple award-winning affordable housing developments: the LEED Platinum, 167-unit MLK Plaza, LEED Gold affordable and supportive Webster Green and The Corden, affordable and supportive focused on survivors of domestic violence.
