The all-electric 76,000 square foot building is designed to Passive House standards, aiming to certify with PHIUS. It is also among the first HPD Future Housing Initiative program winners. C2 is part of a multi-building, mixed-use redevelopment plan along Livonia Avenue in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, which includes another MAP designed building - Livonia C3.
