Senior Project Architect/Project Manager
The firm is seeking a talented and skilled candidate to join our successful team in a leadership position and work under the supervision of a Principal/Associate-in-Charge.
Responsibilities
Quality control review of Construction Documents
Construction Administration
Leadership of multiple projects
Technical detailing, product specification
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect
10+ years of experience in design coordination with experience in all phases
Strong communication skills with internal design team, owners, consultants, and contractors
Experience with technical detailing, accessibility, and sustainability
Demonstrated leadership during construction administration with owners and contractors
Proficiency in Revit and Autocad
Multi-family housing experience preferred – Renovation experience a plus
Working knowledge of NYC Zoning and building code preferred

Architectural Intermediate Staff
The firm is seeking a talented and skilled candidate to join our successful team and work under the supervision of a Project Manager and Principal/Associate-in-Charge.
Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of new construction and rehabilitation projects, including production of schematic, design development and working drawings under the leadership of a Project Manager
Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity
Prepare presentations for government agencies' filings and client meetings
Research materials and specifications for assigned project types
Maintain BIM model integrity and apply office standards
Qualifications
Professional Degree in Architecture
3 to 5+ years of experience in preparing architectural drawings and construction documents
Proficient in Revit
Excellent digital presentation skills and design sense
Interest in multi-family residential development, affordable housing and sustainable community development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
