A well-designed and functional facility can convey a feeling of well-being, competence, and professionalism that enhances the experience of the user, as well as provides a positive working environment for the staff.

Magnusson Architecture and Planning, PC’s technical expertise and creative concepts for producing such a facility made us the firm of choice when 1115 District Council decided to renovate their 12,000 square foot Westbury, New York ambulatory care facility. 1115 District Council, a union for nursing home and health care workers, has been providing comprehensive medical and dental care for 20 years to its members. The Westbury facility also serves as the union’s main health care headquarters, housing the unit the processes medical and dental claims for the entire union.
