This New York City Partnership development in the Ocean Hill section of Brooklyn, New York consists of 71 new three family townhouses (213 units). Each townhouse has a three bedroom owner’s duplex unit, with two rental units above to help offset the cost of ownership. Design elements include brick veneer with cast stone base and detailing, and semi-circular bay windows at the street facades.
