Trenton Town Center is designed to be a new mixed-use residential, retail and office complex on East State Street in the vicinity of the City Hall.
The former NJ Bell Telephone Company building will be completely renovated for residential use and other privately owned parcels will be assembled to develop this 850,000 square foot innovative project.
Full Spectrum of NY has selected Magnusson Architecture and Planning, PC (MAP) to create 275 new residential condominium and rental apartments, 125,000 square feet of Class A office space, structured parking for 630 vehicles, and 40,000 square feet of street level retail space.
This will be Trenton’s first high performance mixed-use green development, creating value for surrounding property owners and encouraging additional private investment along the East State Street corridor. It will embody a high density mixed-use complex that reinforces the “smart growth development strategies” championed by the NJ State Government. This redevelopment of downtown Trenton will enable it to compete effectively with its surrounding suburban communities and create a lively urban residential community in an area otherwise vacated after 5 PM.
