Ellington on the Park is the third phase of an HPD Cornerstone Development located on Bradhurst Avenue in Harlem, New York. This 12-story, new-construction building consists of 133 two- and three-bedroom residential units, as well as a superintendent’s unit. Approximately 21 of these units have terraces or balconies, some overlooking Jackie Robinson Park. The building was designed to accommodate tenants at a mix of income levels, from a limited number of market-rate units with no income requirements or restrictions, to middle, moderate, and low-moderate income. These designated income levels make up 15%, 55%, and 20% of the units, respectively.
In addition to its residential component, the building boasts 3,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space, as well as a fitness area/community room, a common landscaped courtyard, and a 24-hour attended lobby. There is parking available on-site in a 30-car underground lot.
