MAP’s Selis Manor in New York Times

“Paula Dertouzos, who was born with congenital glaucoma, lives at Selis Manor in Chelsea and is happy with technological upgrades like a talking thermostat and a new intercom system.”


Our project, Selis Manor on 23rd Street is featured in The New York Times ! After a 3 year long occupied renovation of the 12-story building to improve livability, functionality and design in private and public spaces, the residents are settled in and learning to live with the new features and amenities. MAP took the Times on a tour of the building earlier this year.
