Atlantic Terrace is a new mixed-use, 80-unit Cond-Op building located on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. The building is comprised of a mix of affordable and market-rate condominium and co-op units, as well as underground parking, and retail space on the ground floor. Atlantic Terrace takes it design cues from the surrounding neighborhood, blending the style of recently converted industrial lofts to one side, and the more traditional townhouse buildings to the other. Additionally, the Atlantic Terrace team has set a goal of achieving LEED Gold status in the development of this property, once classified a Brownfield site.
