Atlantic Terrace is a new mixed-use, 80-unit Cond-Op building located on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. The building is comprised of a mix of affordable and market-rate condominium and co-op units, as well as underground parking, and retail space on the ground floor. Atlantic Terrace takes it design cues from the neighborhood it will become a part of, blending the style of recently converted industrial lofts to one side, and the more traditional townhouse buildings to the other. Additionally, the Atlantic Terrace team has set a goal of achieving LEED Gold status in the development of this property, once classified a Brownfield site.
