Project Manager
MAP is looking for a Project Manager Jr. to lead an in-house team of 2-3 people from design through construction completion. Responsibilities include architectural design and construction documents, project scheduling, budget and client relations. A Bachelor in Architecture or Urban Design plus 5 years of progressive experience or equivalent is required. Experience in a full service architectural firm should include zoning analysis, schematic design, construction documents, construction administration and urban planning and design, as well as experience in the design of multi-family housing and community facilities.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD 2010, Adobe Creative Suite 3 and Microsoft Office applications is required. Applicable New York City and New York State building code and LEED Accreditation.
