MAP Green, a division of Magnusson Architecture and Planning, PC, is dedicated to state-of-the-art green design and consulting services for neighborhood planning, new buildings and renovations. We can assist with all project phases, including stand-alone feasibility studies, conditions surveys, and post-occupancy evaluations, as well as complete green building design services.

We believe that a well-designed built environment is essential to the life of a sustainable and healthy community, and that green design returns social, economic and environmental benefits to a community’s residents and to society-at-large.

MAP is an Enterprise Green Communities Technical Provider and a member of the United States Green Building Council. We help to identify existing incentives and financing for sustainable building components and design features from sources such as NYSERDA, Enterprise Foundation, Kresge Foundation, DHCR and HPD Green Guidelines.

Our LEED accredited staff are trained in all aspects of a green project - from the design kickoff charette through detailed technical specifications through completion of construction. We work closely with our clients to evaluate and integrate both the physical and operational aspects of their projects and to arrive at cost effective solutions that will remain sustainable over time.
